Your item will arrive professionally packaged and fully insured. Should you have any issues with your shipment please contact us directly. Returns are accepted within a 14 day window of the product arrival. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in original packaging, fully insured, and undamaged to receive a refund. Tiki Smuggler is not responsible for returned items that arrive damaged or are lost.
